TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with us. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are
This store is operated by Super Treasure Hunter — "we", "us", "our". "You" means the person using this website or placing an order.
Our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of the agreement between us. Where one of those policies covers a subject in more detail than these terms, the more detailed policy applies.
2. Agreement to these terms
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or order from us.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that governs that order — a later change does not affect an order already placed.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to purchase from this store. You must give accurate and complete information at checkout, and you must be authorised to use the payment method you present.
4. We are an independent reseller
Super Treasure Hunter is an independent retailer. We are not an authorised dealer, distributor, or licensee of any manufacturer, publisher, brand, league, team, or player whose products we sell. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them, and no manufacturer warranty is offered or implied.
5. Sourcing
All product is acquired through legitimate channels — authorised retailers and distributors, established secondary-market sellers, and private collections. We do not deal in stolen, counterfeit, reproduced, or altered goods, and we will not knowingly do so.
6. Authenticity
We sell only genuine goods. If an item is ever shown to be inauthentic, we will refund it in full, without a time limit. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Product listings and images
Listing photos show the actual item unless marked "stock image." Screen colour and lighting may vary. Ask us for additional photos before purchasing if you need them.
Any description of condition is our own assessment, given in good faith. It is not a third-party grade or certification, and it is not a prediction of what any grading or authentication service would assign.
8. Pricing and currency
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices, descriptions, and availability may change at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you check out.
9. Availability
Much of our inventory is single-copy. If an item sells through another channel before your order is processed, we will cancel and refund that line in full.
We may limit the quantity available to any one person, household, or order.
10. How an order becomes a contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email you receive at checkout confirms that we have received your order — it is not acceptance of it. A contract is formed when we dispatch the order, or when we message you to accept it, whichever happens first.
Before that point we may decline or cancel your order and refund you in full if:
- the item has already sold through another sales channel
- the item was listed at an incorrect price or with a materially incorrect description
- we cannot verify your billing or delivery details, or the payment is flagged as suspected fraud by our payment provider
- we are unable to ship to your address
- the order appears to be automated, or is placed in quantities beyond ordinary personal use
Where we cancel for any of these reasons, we refund you in full and we will tell you why.
11. Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. We never see or store your full card details — see our Privacy Policy. Orders are not packed until payment has cleared.
12. Delivery, risk, and title
We ship within Australia only. Processing times, packing, rates, and lost or damaged parcels are covered by our Shipping Policy.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Until then, damage in transit is our problem, not yours — lodge a claim under our Refund & Return Policy. Title in the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
13. Cancellations, returns, and claims
Set out in full in our Refund & Return Policy. In short:
- You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering, provided the order has not been dispatched.
- Outside that window we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
- If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, not as described, or not what you ordered, you may lodge a claim within 14 days of delivery. Photograph the outer box before opening.
14. Third-party grading and authentication
Any grading or authentication service referenced in a listing is an independent company with no affiliation to this store. We do not control their assessments, turnaround times, or decisions. A grade or opinion obtained after purchase — including one that differs from ours or from a previous holder's — is not itself a fault in the item.
15. Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account used to breach these terms.
16. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to break the law, to harass or defraud anyone, to submit false information, to place orders by bot or other automated means, to scrape or copy our listings or photographs, to interfere with the security or operation of the site, or to upload malicious code. We may refuse service to anyone who does.
17. Reviews, comments, and other submissions
If you send us a review, photo, comment, or suggestion, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish it in connection with this store. You confirm the content is yours to give and is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. We are not obliged to publish or keep any submission, and we may edit or remove one at any time.
18. Our content and trademarks
Everything on this site that we created — our listing photographs, written descriptions, page copy, site design, and the Super Treasure Hunter name and logo — belongs to us or is licensed to us, and is protected by copyright. Our listing photographs may not be copied, republished, or reused in anyone else's listings without our written permission.
All manufacturer, brand, league, team, player, and game trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
19. Third-party services and links
This store runs on Shopify and relies on third-party payment, shipping, and app providers. Links to other sites are provided for convenience only. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, products, or policies — read their terms before you use them.
20. Availability and accuracy of the site
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be free of errors or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any product, price, or part of the site at any time.
21. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These guarantees apply to pre-owned goods as well as new goods, assessed with regard to the age, price, and disclosed condition of the item.
22. Limitation of liability
Subject to clause 21, and to the extent permitted by law:
- our liability in relation to any item is limited, at our option, to replacing it, supplying an equivalent item, or refunding what you paid for it;
- we are not liable for any change in the market value of an item after purchase, or for loss of profit, loss of an expected resale, or loss of an investment or market opportunity;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss of any kind; and
- we are not liable for delay or failure caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, natural events, industrial action, or supplier failure.
Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
23. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse us for loss we suffer that is directly caused by your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of this site. This does not apply to the extent the loss was caused by us.
24. Refusal of service and termination
We may refuse service, cancel an order, or close an account where these terms have been breached, where we suspect fraud, or where the law requires it. Clauses that by their nature should survive — including clauses 18, 21, 22, 23, and 27 — continue to apply afterwards.
25. Privacy
Personal information you give us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
26. General
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, we do not give up the right to enforce it later. These terms, together with the policies referred to in clause 1, are the entire agreement between us about your order. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours if the business is sold.
27. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. Nothing in this clause prevents you from bringing a claim in any court or tribunal that has jurisdiction where you live.
